You think by me paying 18+ thousand a year my school could do a little better job of making my campus look nice. I mean I guess they tried… but not that hard. At least they planted something…a small, scarcely green, bush, which really does nothing to accent the area. I wouldn’t even mind if they just had one or two more bushes. That would fill in the area more than this single bush does. Other areas of campus have nice landscaping, multiple types of plants with varying colors and shapes. I just think they gave up when it came to this little section.


The reason I guess that I see this and am slightly disappointed is that my parents take great pride in their garden and keeping it full of blooming flowers year round. We have hundreds of plants in an area about three times the size of this plot. Ever since I was a kid, my early springs would be filled with planting new annuals, summers with watering the beds at least bi-weekly, and falls planting new bulbs for the spring. I know how much work it takes to keep up gardens and flower beds, but I know the school could do a much better job than this.

Heck I wouldn’t even mind just going out and buying my own plants to plant in the bed. Anything so that it looks slightly presentable to a passerby.
